Q: What is included in your science kits? A: The kits have a variety of experiments and hands-on projects to work on. All of our science kits come with detailed illustrated instructions for children and parents to follow..
Q: How much do you charge for shipping? A: Shipping is free. The product can take up to 10 days to arrive. If a subscription or individual science kit is ordered and you need it sooner, just send us an email through the Contact Us page and we will work out an alternate shipping method. There will be an additional charge for shipping the product faster.
Q: Will my personal information remain private? A: We do not sell or give out any personal information. We do send out emails to our customers from time to time notifying them of specials and discounts offered by us.
A: We offer discounts to customers that order science kit subscriptions. We currently offer 10% off additional subscriptions and 20% off individual products. As always, shipping is free for the discounted products. Subscribers are given a link to the discount page and can order the products at any time during the current subscription.
Q: What is your return policy? A: We can only accept returns if the kits have not been opened and are still shrink-wrapped. In the event that an item needs to be returned, we should be notified through the Contact us page so we can process the return in a timely manner.
